 Asiwaju John Babatunde Ezekiel, One of the Candidates contesting for the position of a National President for the Yaba College of Technology Alumni Association election, has promised to use his wealth of experience to bring development and create a vibrant alumni body, while itemising his vision. The election scheduled to hold on January 27, 2024 will usher in new executives.

Meanwhile, Ezekiel who spoke with our correspondent during the weekend on a telephone interview however, said that his vision is entrenched in 4Cs model: Creativity, Connectivity, Convenience/Communication and Commerce. According to him,

“Creativity and Innovation are critical to the growth and performance of an organization, production of new ideas, redesigning of the system for transparency & performance, Creating viable structure that will accelerate growth, create systems that deliver values to the College and our internal members, so that they seamlessly flow into the association after their studies, while leveraging on technology to deliver values that will enhance the certificate of members from the college, and creation of group life insurance scheme attached to the payment of dues.”

“On Connectivity, my administration will focus in connecting with the College and management for attracting Alumni and institutional projects to the College, ensure cordial relations with final years students while creating digital and employable skill training program that will make them to seamlessly embrace Alumni activities. Our Convenience/communications will be vibrant to all members, as there will be various means of information channels, even as we will go far towards the establishment of state and regional alumni, including diaspora”   

He reiterated the importance of Commerce and how it will be used to generate income towards the sustainability of the association and the welfare of members.
