Amb. Okegbue, is the founding Chairman/Chief Executive officer, Combatant Guards Limited, and Nzealbertech (Nig.) Ltd with Head Office in Lagos and branches in South Eastern and South Western States of Nigeria.
He is a product of Government College Ikoyi, Lagos, Cornerstone University & Seminary School Jerusalem, Israel & USA, University of Calabar, Cross River State, Ecotes University, Republic of Benin and Espam Formation University, Republic of Benin. He also attended several professional trainings/seminars on Security and Human Resources Management.
He holds B.A, Theology, Msc..A, Sociology of Religion, B.Sc. Human Resources Management, Master of Business Administration (MBA), Doctor of Philosophy in Business Administration, Doctor of Philosophy in Criminology & Security Studies, PhD Ecclesiastical History etc.
Interestingly, he has over Thirty years experience in Security Operations / Management, and a member of the American Society of Industrial Security (ASIS). Okegbue is the Chairman, Security Committee, Igbo Think Tank Group.
In the area of employment opportunities, Dr. Okegbue through his Companies has provided thousands of jobs to young Nigerians mostly in Lagos, Abia, Imo, Anambra, Enugu, Ebonyi, Oyo and Ogun State. He is a youth crusader who believes that the best way to keep youths out of crime, is to empower them through education, job creation and skill acquisition.

Some of the awards conferred on him are: Gold Award for outstanding leadership by Corporate Lifters International, Distinguished Human Resources Expert Award by Ikwuano Development Union, Award of recognition by NARCSS, University of Calabar, Winner of Security Personality Leadership Award by Afrikanwatch Network Communications, Excellence Performance Award by Impact Mission Initiative (IMI), Development in Nigeria Merit Award by People &Power Communications, Award of honour by Igbo Graduate Students Association of University of Calabar, Ikwuano LGA Business Icon of the year 2018, African Landmark Achiever Merit Award 2019, Africanwatch Lifetime National Grand Mentor (ALNGM) award, 2020.
Dr. Okegbue was appointed by the United Nations – Polac Ambassador for Peace 2020. He also received Award of honour from former Governor Okezie Victor Ikpeazu, Body of Advisers 2020/2021 in recognition of his massive investment in Real Estate sector in Abia State, Great Pillar of Service to Humanity Award 2021, by Inner Wheel Club of Aba, Abia State. He was also in April 2022 Inducted into the Afrikanwatch Network Hall of Prominence (ANHP), now known as (Afrikanwatch Legendary Hall of Fame, (ALHF).
Dr. Nzeribe Okegbue is a widely travelled international business man who in his quest for better economic opportunities travelled to USA, France, Germany, Netherlands, Switzerland, Israel, India, Egypt, Ghana etc. He is the Editorial Adviser of National Impact Magazine, The Pan- African Quality Journal and Pan- African Leadership Magazine.
