The Elint systems limited has received technical support from the Nigerian civil Aviation Authority (NCAA).  In a piece cited by Afrikanwatch Network, it reads:

ELINT SYSTEMS LIMITED is proud to announce that we have received the No Technical Objection (NTO) from the Nigeria Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA) for the deployment of our Unmanned Traffic Management (UTM) System in Nigeria. This significant milestone marks a pivotal step forward in enhancing the safety, monitoring, and security of unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) operations across the country.

The NCAA’s issuance of the NTO is a testament to the rigorous standards and innovative solutions that Elint Systems Limited has committed to in developing our UTM system. This system is designed to provide comprehensive management and oversight of UAV activities, ensuring safe and efficient integration of drones into the national airspace.
