DELTA-The people of Aragba-Orogun in Ughelli North Local government Area of Delta State have elected new leaders to pilot the Community’s affairs in the next three years. The election took place yesterday at the Community town hall during the annual conference, where the outgone President-General, Olorogun (Barr). Benson Ndakara, who is also the President-General of Orogun Kingdom handed over power to the PG-elect, Chief Kenneth Enwefah, who many described as a complete gentleman and a servant leader. Meanwhile, other new elected officials include, Dr. Emmanuel Ndakara, 1st vice President-General, Chief Clementina Debby, 2nd Vice President General, Mr. Ben Mmadu Secretary General; Mr. Sunday Ebor Okunika , Assistant Secretary General; Mr. Kenneth Onyenaju ,Financial Secretary; Mrs. Victoria Nwoachia, treasurer; Mr. Austin Odinisu, Publicity secretary; Mr. Felix Owem, spokesman; Mr. Bright Odinisu, protocol officer 1; Mr. Patrick Enwefah, protocol Officer 2; and Mr. Uche Agha, protocol officer 3.

Meanwhile, The President/Editor-in-Chief, Afrikanwatch Network Communications, Mark C. Orgu, has congratulated the President-General Elect, Chief Enwefah while wishing him well. “ It is my prayer that God will lead you and other elected executives towards bringing glory to our community and people at large. Indeed, It is always a great privilege and honour to serve one’s community with all humility and pride. Let me also charge you to sustain your predecessors legacies with your wealth of experience, connections and knowledge. We shall support you in all your endeavours”
Orgu, also congratulated Ndakara for providing purposeful leadership throughout his six years as PG. ” Ndakara changed the narrative of leadership in Aragba and was able to bring all sundry together, as he promoted peace, justice, social development and harmony among sons and daughters of Aragba-Orogun”
