LAGOS-A Chieftain of All Progressives Congress, (APC) and member, Governor’s Advisory Council, (GAC), Lagos State, Senator Anthony Adefuye, has said that, whatever social media poll by any organization in favour of the Presidential Candidate of Labour Party, Mr. Peter Obi will not translate into physical victory, tagging it, as “unreality poll”. The Senator also stated that, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, the APC Presidential candidate will defeat all the Presidential Candidates, and even get 25% of votes from the stronghold of both PDP and LP. “ Asiwaju will win the presidential election, that is not in contestation because, the 19 APC control states are solidly behind Asiwaju and they will deliver their states massively for APC. The third republic Senator reiterated that, in Imo and Ebony, the party will record victory, even as it he dismissed Obi growing popularity among Nigerians.
On Afenifere endorsement of Peter Obi, Adefuye dismissed it, saying, it is a faction led by Pa. Ayo Adebanjo, not the authentic afenifere leader, led by Pa. Reuben Fasoranti, while reiterating that Adebanjo’s group has never supported any presidential candidate and won election.“ Adebanjo’s faction has always been a failure” he added. Adefuye spoke with our correspondent during the week at his Lekki residence, Lagos. He also said, the presidential election will not go into run off.
